FAQ’s

What is next after we give input?

EA will evaluate all the input received and see what the membership has to say about the proposals.  There will need to be a lot of discussion and addressing of concerns.  Much of this will be vetted through the Classification Committee but we will also be updating you, our members, with the progress.  Mike Coleman, Donna Howe, and Ingrid Bella will be spearheading your interests at these meetings.

Do we have to use the recommended titles?

The recommended titles are the “classifiation titles” the consultant is recommending.  They also recommended that the District create a “Working Title” process where staff could designate a title that is more descriptive or identifiable for what they do e.g. Administrative Support Principal could be the class title but the working title could be Executive Assistant to the CEO.
